Oh yes, we are having rain.
Atmospheric rivers? Got ‘em, apparently. Wind? Definitely. And water water everywhere? Absolument.
I’m used to thunder and lightning from previous eras of my life. But here, in Northern California, it’s alarming to hear such sounds, to see such sights. So rare and so very awe-inspiring, like the ocean with its enormous, storming waves.
It’s hard not to be impressed; harder still, not to be silenced by the power of the nature surrounding us.
So then, let us celebrate )once we’ve had a moment to dry out).
