Pâtisserie, sunshine, wandering: my kind of day.
And this is the problem with Paris: the longing for it starts while I’m still here, before I’ve departed the city, before I’ve boarded a flight to an entirely different part of the world. Though I am doing just what I want while I’m here, I crave so much more.
I wish to inhabit this place in a way that no tourist ever could.
